• Birthday voucher and smart card can only be used on Monday to Thursday.
• Call outs are for services above R300.
• Cannot use vouchers on public holidays.
• Book online to avoid disappointment.
• Arrive early for your appointment. Late arrival will shorten the treatment time.
• We have a 24hr cancellation policy so as to accommodate other appointments.
• Privacy is important to us and we will maintain privacy of all the information we collect.
• Group bookings will need a 50% deposit.
• Call out fees are charged separately @ R3.80/km.
